1937 ULH frame is done
Pretty easy, just a top motor mount repair and new seat post bushing. Finish is left as found, not even cleaning it up ha ha.

Wayne down
Our friend and co worker is alive but is in the hospital for now with several injuries. Please pray for a speedy recovery. Wayne is a great guy who's had some really bad luck this year.

1937 ULH build starts
Here is Dad's new project actually started about six months ago during project 45 build. Unfortunately I failed to get photos and this thread is started late but not to late. Motor is already completely rebuilt starting with a 41up larger crank pin and Truett Osborn stroker wheels which are 4 5/8" stroke and 12 lbs heavier than stock for max torque. It yields 86" at it's current bore, and the finish was left as found. The entire bike will be built "as found" much like the knuckle we did a couple years ago. 1937 is the first year for the u series with recirculating oil pump system. It's also the second year for Harley's four speed and 80" flathead motor. Knucks came out in 36 but only yielded 61" until later years so the big ULH 80" was still prefered by many. The parts aside the gas tanks and motor are the same as a knuckle.

Our Work is Done for Now
These are the motors we've been working on for the last couple months and the Project 45 in the background. We are out of work for now, but that is not necessarily a bad thing, because now we can work on some of our own stuff. Dad is starting his bike project, Wayne is giving his bike a big make over and I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.

Project 45 handlebar stuff
Thanks to Tyler (Lowbrow customs) who special ordered this master cylinder for us which is tiny in size with a 30's style lever. All the master cylinders I fitted prior seemed huge and bulky. The product quality is top. Master cylinder, throttle housing and horn button from Kustom Tech in Italy. Finished with simple avon short grips and a 3" round mirror. Timing was perfect because we plan to do the first ride this weekend.

Project 45 Wired up
I never really wanted a speedo on the bike but I have to admit seeing indicator leds working is pretty nice.
